Phase 1 is 60 days.
We will cover everything needed to increase profitability by 2x ,3x, and sometimes even 4x. Typically we can find additional profit within 4-6 weeks.
We then move into integrating the proven infrastructure needed to profitably take advantage of the opportunities available.
Phase 2 is 10 months.
